Refunds and Cancellations
Madhav’s Top in Town is entitled to reject or revoke the order. Orders may be cancelled for a number of reasons, such as limitations on the quantity of products that could be requested, discrepancies or inaccuracies in price or product details, or issues discovered by our team of credit and fraudulent control.
Before approving any order, we have the right to need more reasons or information.
We will contact you if your order is rejected in whole or in part or if more information is needed to approve it. The money will be reimbursed to your card account if you decide not to place a purchase after your credit card has been confirmed.
Cancellations on Your End
In the case of requests for order cancellations, Madhav’s Top in Town retains the right to accept or reject requests without assigning any justification. After you make your order, Madhav’s Top In Town gives you a window of 24 hours to browse, during which you may cancel it.
If we receive a cancellation request but Madhav’s Top In Town has not yet completed the purchase, we will terminate the transaction and refund the entire amount within 15 to 20 working days, in accordance with ordinary business practise.
We are unable to alter an order once it has been confirmed.
Madhav’s Top in Town is solely responsible for determining if an order has been placed. You consent to not even raising objections to Madhav’s Top in Town’s choice of whether to chancel or accept.
Use Discount Codes & Vouchers at Madhav’s Top in Town
Limited-time coupons as well as discount codes that are a part of any campaign may be given or revoked by Madhav’s Top In Town. You must agree to participate in order to take advantage of the campaigns’ rewards. Madhav’s Top In Town will decide the terms for these campaigns at the time of the promotion.
